This service includes (up to two) minor alterations to ready-made items including but not limited to:

+ changing length/colour/material of earrings/necklaces

+ adding/removing accessories such as charms/tassels

+ replacing (up to two) gemstone types in any jewellery design

How to make a custom order

+ Purchase this service together with your chosen jewellery piece.

+ When you check out, write your custom request in the checkout memo. If your request is unavailable or unsuitable for this service/design, we will contact you to discuss.

+ Custom bracelet sizing is free and already included in your initial purchase. Should you require your bracelet to be resized, kindly select that service here.

Please note:

+ This purchase is valid for (up to two) minor customisations to be made on one ready-made design, as per the services detailed above. If for instance, you wish to make four changes to a current design, please purchase this service twice.

+ Would you like to make more than four changes? Sounds like you need a brand new design created specially for you! Please purchase "Bespoke Creations" instead :)

+ Cost of the item(s) are additional.

+ The final price of your item(s) may change depending on what you would like to be customised.

For instance, if you would like a material upgrade (e.g.: stainless steel necklace to 14k gold-fill), please write to me for a quote before purchasing this service.

+ Customisation fees are non-refundable.
